Boards need governance clarity, not technical fluency

The board's job is not to become expert in AI tools. Its job is to make sure the district has clear conditions for use, clear accountability for decisions, and clear communication with the public. That is board work because AI affects risk, trust, policy alignment, and superintendent oversight.
